02What data we collect

When you book a meeting: your name, your business name, your WhatsApp number, your email (if you provide it), your industry, where you are writing from, the meeting format, the date and time of the meeting and, if you fill them in, details about your business (how you keep track today, how many people and branches you have, your internet connection, what you need and the plan or modules you chose).

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you send us.

We do not ask for sensitive data or card details on this website.

We do not store your IP address with your booking. To suggest your country on the welcome screen, we use the country that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) infers from your connection, without storing it.

03What we use it for

To confirm, organize and hold your meeting and to answer your questions.

To prepare your demo and your quote.

To communicate with you about your project via WhatsApp, phone call or email.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need in order to operate: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the bookings database and processes technical connection data (such as the IP address) to serve and protect the website, and WhatsApp (Meta), when you write to us through that channel. Each of them processes data in accordance with its own policies.

With authorities, only when required by law.

05How long we keep it

Meeting data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 12 months after the meeting if you do not hire us.

If you hire us, we keep it for the duration of the working relationship and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

06What the website stores in your browser

The website does not use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools.

In your browser's storage it keeps only your preferences (country, language and light or dark theme) and, briefly, what you choose on a page so it can be carried over to the booking calendar. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

07Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the Z&P team can see the bookings. No system is infallible, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your data.

08Your rights

You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Write to us by email at zapasoftwarefastsolutions@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +591 776 67285 and we will reply as soon as possible.

09Minors

The website is intended for businesses and adults. If you are a minor, do not send us your data without the authorization of your mother, father or guardian.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date of update.
